A little more about me…
I am a Mum of two children, aged 11 and 9 yrs, and run a small play therapy practice from my home near Kingsbridge.
After many years living in Africa, I came back to the UK and spent three years training to become a play therapist, combining my passions for creative arts and education.
I see play as talking therapy for children. So many times children find it hard to express themselves through language and find it too direct to be asked questions about their feelings by adults. Child led play therapy can be a really magical way for young people to work through their emotions and grow in confidence and resilience. It is a process and takes time however the results can last a lifetime.
I would love to have a chat and see if play therapy might be suitable for your child. Please get in touch and I am happy to tell you more about my services.
Best wishes
