Before we start play therapy, we will meet for an hour to run through your child’s history and current challenges and also do a Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ).

We will then have a review meeting after the first 6 weeks and then again at the end.

If you would like me to also chat with school or another professional this can be arranged

Cost: £65 per hour

We will plan an initial 12 sessions. Each session takes place in a specially designed play therapy space within my home.

This is a confidential space allowing the child a chance to express themselves in anyway they want.

Each child has a box to store anything they make and this can be taken home at the end of the therapy episode.

To support my work as a therapist I meet with a clinical supervisor once a month.

Cost: £65 per session (min. of 12 sessions)

As a trained play therapist I can work with groups of children. This works best within an educational setting and requires a dedicated confidential space.

I will work closely with you to identify 4 children to work with - usually around a theme, eg transitions, grief, peer relationships etc.

£125 per hr (up to 4 children) Minimum of 6 sessions
